These Terms govern use of the Ecom Efficiency website and membership operated by Ecom Efficiency (France). Contact: support@ecomefficiency.com.

2. Service description

Ecom Efficiency (“the Platform”, “we”, “our”) is an online membership that provides members with a curated ecommerce toolkit experience: access to selected digital tools and resources through our dashboard, community channels, and related member benefits.

Some tools and features are operated by third-party providers. We are not the owner of those third-party products and are not an official partner of every brand referenced for informational purposes. Trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Availability, limits, and workflows can change when providers update their products.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Terms of Sale.

3. Membership benefits

Depending on your plan, membership may include access to AI, spy, SEO, creative, or productivity tools, templates, community support, and related resources. The catalog is indicative and may change.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every tool. Features may be modified, rate-limited (fair use), or temporarily unavailable, especially when third-party providers change terms or capacity.

4. Acceptable use

• Access requires a valid paid membership (unless a free trial or demo is expressly granted).
• You must comply with applicable law and with third-party providers’ terms when you use their products.
• Reselling membership access, sharing login credentials, scraping, abusing credits, or bypassing technical limits is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
• You are responsible for how you use tools accessed through the Platform.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for downtime, removal, or policy changes by third-party tools; loss of data, profits, or opportunity; or suspensions imposed by third parties due to your actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. Billing and refunds are governed by the Terms of Sale.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory consumer law requires a different process.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes should first be addressed amicably, then before the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
