Terms of Sale

Last updated: 2026-10-01

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern subscriptions and payments for Ecom Efficiency memberships operated by Ecom Efficiency. They apply alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription & payment

Memberships are recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select). By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges of the displayed fee until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown at checkout include the currency you selected.

For yearly plans billed as an annual amount, you are charged the full period price today (or as shown on the checkout page), not only the monthly equivalent.

3. Refund policy

No refunds after access is granted

Digital membership access is delivered immediately after successful payment. Because of that immediate performance, all sales are final once access has been granted, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or in case of a proven major technical failure attributable solely to us that prevents any use of the membership.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Account bans due to misuse or Terms violations;
  • Temporary downtime, removal, or change of third-party tools;
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date;
  • Change of mind after access was delivered.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel anytime from your account billing settings (or via support if needed).
  • Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period.
  • To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.

5. Right to refuse service

We may refuse or terminate service in cases of abuse, fraud, credential sharing, or Terms violations. No refund applies in those cases, subject to mandatory law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom Efficiency is not liable for damages arising from third-party tool availability or your use of those tools. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in France after an attempt at amicable resolution, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
